Return Policy: We do not accept returns on products that are delivered in undamaged condition. We always double-check each & every product for any manufacturing defects. However, if the product is wrongfully delivered or has a manufacturing defect, we would be happy to offer a full refund or an exchange of the same product.
Return Process: Our return policy is applicable within 7 days from the date the product was delivered and applicable only for the following reasons: 1. Incorrect Product - If the product received is different from what was ordered during checkout.
2. Damaged Product - If you identify a manufacturing defect on the received product.
->For return or exchange, kindly provide us with 1-2 images/videos of the product (damaged part & a full product photo/video) for us to verify the reason of return via email at care@egotude.com and our team will then get in touch with you within 2-3 business days regarding the eligibility of the return. If accepted, a reverse pick up will be arranged.
->Once the returned product reaches our warehouse, our team will verify the product and re-dispatch a new product in 2 days or process a full refund as per agreed terms. (Note - Refunds will be processed within 5 to 6 working days)
-> Please ensure the product must be returned in the original packaging along with the shipping label (pasted on the courier cover), invoice copy, tags, etc. The product should be in the same condition as received. If not, it will not be eligible for a Return Policy.
Cancellation Policy: An order can be cancelled within 1 hour after placing your order. Refund for the same will be processed to the original payment method. For COD, an order can be cancelled before the shipping of the products.
Courier’s Delays: We will not be responsible for any courier delay if it occurs due to unavoidable circumstances in your city. For the same, no refund or return can be claimed. However, our team will work with courier partners to ensure the courier is delivered to you as soon as possible.
